She goes back to the online bullies. Gordon tells her "you need thick skin in this business". Amy doesn't seem to listen to him and goes on about how they call her "crazy Amy" because she stood up to the bullies.
>I need you to tell them. Because you earned your stripes. And take your words that our food is good.
says Amy. Gordon must grab those online bullies by their neck beards and put them in their place. Ramsay looks bewildered by the prospect of having to hunt trolls.
This is bizarre episode. The pacing is weird. Gordon didn't appear until the 8th minute, after we saw the owners get violent on the customers, and now it's a mix of normalcy with latent insanity.
