😂 Hahaha same here...and I ended up on Student Council for two years in the process. The faculty loved me. I was a royal pain in the ass, but I was *engaged*, and teachers can't argue with that.
I was very lucky to be in a school full of people who realized that the Cool Kids weren't necessarily the popular kids. I'm still friends with many fellow Band Geeks, who all ended up being cooler than anybody.
