I’m in my early-mid 20s and I already feel this way, very strongly. This is very well said, thank you for this post. I even found this to be the case on Nostr as well sadly, which is why I take frequent breaks. Never been a fan of any type of social media in general though, not even Nostr could fix that, lol.
