I've been observing his actions over decades, and I think it's fair to condemn him for hoarding however much he'd hoarded, off of Microsoft's monopoly (and so, loads of public funds).
I also think it is fair to condemn him for using philanthropy instrumentally, as I've linked in a separate branch of this thread.
