This is not something presented as "person did a good thing once", it's a lifetime credential that should include the expectation to continue to follow the Code of Conduct. This is not a high bar. No one is asking that Fellows continue doing extraordinary work (although plenty of them do), just to maintain the basic conduct that is expected of all community members.
