I mean, I'm not knocking the plug-in, which is perfectly cromulent and probably doing as much as a plug-in can.
But the VS Code find & replace interface highlights what will be matched in your note as you type the RegEx string!
This little detail is such a ridiculously helpful UI hint. Erin, I want to give it a hug and a thank-you note!!!
