I'm not a conservative, I don't identify with any political bent. I wasn't defending slicing limbs off, I was merely stating fact that in some parts of the world their laws would have someone's hand taken off for stealing, where as in other parts you might go to jail. I don't tell the law makers if they're right or wrong, that's dictated to buy their culture. Use whichever point of view you like to judge that, but the fact remains cultures are different.
