Gripes: Planning the city is VERY hard as there are adjacency bonuses for districts plus the desire to locate “hubs” close to them to offer special buffs. Planning is all done mentally and you have to remember. There’s no way to mark things off or reserve locations for later. If you forget, too bad. Outside of that, nothing disappointing about it. If you have any, please let me know. Either i already forgot or maybe i can help with roadblocks you are experiencing
