For very sensitive stuff you can setup a reminder to change the password regularly. So even if someone gets your Database and brut forces it somehow... The passwords would likely not be used anymore.
There is even the option to setup a real two factor authentication (so kind of a third factor 😅) but for now I don't feel like I need this CAI level of security.
