the parameters are this:

- Let's assume I DO NOT have an email address.
- I do however have a bank account, established in person. My bank account does not require an email address. This gives me access to BankID, which is a strong authenticator that binds to my legal identity.

The bank account is already undeniably mine.

In addition to this, separately from above:
- It's fine to use a phone number. I don't currently own my phone number, but Telia allows me to acquire one "from scratch", like BankID, without needing BankID. I can also tie it to BankID. Eventually, I will transfer my phone number to my own account, but until then I can treat it as if I own it.

I wish to obtain an email address that I own. To do so, first I'd like to acquire a domain for that email address. I don't want to have an email address on a domain I don't own.

Those are the parameters.
