that wasn't asked. I do understand the flaws in that model, but the point is stream is not CentOS, because it is not that model anymore and if your requirements were "RHEL compatible", stream is not an option here.
Of course COS Stream on itself is a very usable, more flexible distro. But again, that wasn't asked.
