Same. I used to go into my campus, have all my direct reports within a short distance of where my office was. Could chat, and troubleshoot in person. Then went remote and never went back. Been 100% remote now for 6+ years. Good and bad. As antisocial as I am, I miss good human interaction and coaching people.
