What do I do?

Way back, I had worked really hard to get a solid, over burnt piece of TPU scraped off my print sheet. It wasn't TPU, it was the plastic coating on top of the print sheet. I ended up pulling the entire coating off, figured I wouldn't use that side. Since it was the only one I had, I flipped it over and put the other side down. It adhered with whatever glue held that coating on.

Today, PETG stuck to this smooth side, and while trying to get it off, the print bed scraped again. I am going to order a new one, but before I can use it I need to get this one off the bed. It is STUCK!

Pulling it pulled the near left corner up (it's not sitting crooked) and with the plastic spatula thing, I have only been able to get it this far.

What do I do? I was just going to keep yanking as hard as I can until I overcome this glue, but I am afraid I am going to rip the bed under it off. I already am going to have to go figure out how to get it to re-level itself.
