**Liberty** has been dissected into bits, not just in order to *sell* the stuff (as if **freedom,** the abstract virtue of freedom, were something that you could obtain by buying a piece of software or sucking up to Elon Musk) but because as with those Four Loves, various pieces of liberty (real or imagined) can be used as weapons of tyranny. #FreeSpeech is now a doublethinkful technofascist slogan, and the #tech leaders who crow the loudest about "free speech" are the most zealous in real-life censorship and suppression of dissent (cf. the activities of Nate Graham in the #KDE mess, running away from critics and deleting their attempts at public communication.)
