This is roughly the game that U.S. #conservatives and their #tech sector allies have been playing with #freedom and #democracy. They wish to destroy democracy altogether and they are doing this through an *atomistic* approach, hyperfocusing on the purported crisis of individual voter fraud and using this pretext in order to seize authoritarian control of voting and balloting.
The technofascist obsession with #intelligence plays into this corruption and destruction of democracy as well: it's purported to be a big problem that "dumb people" vote (hint: the #Democrats created this problem and thus are fittingly being pulled to pieces by it) which justifies extirpation of democracy as unworkable because, gosh, look what happens when stupid people make decisions! They even fail to vote for the GOP, so lacking in IQ are they. /s
