And the best way to stop pipelines is
STOP burning fossil fuels.
This has the added benefit of also directly decreasing GHG emissions (which curbing pipelines doesn't)
In our economic system, fossil fuels exploration, extraction AND transportation occurs in response to demand. If we don't decrease demand decreasing any of the parts of the process is just a feel-good but dumb attempt to look good.
