i thought that meant "they should arrest Indians." i think it's fucked to say "shame that ice isn't arresting this group of people." i think that's regressive.

i don't think ice should arrest anyone because i think ice should be abolished and fucking trust me when i say that based on my my many visits to the tacoma detention center that once you're in there they absolutely one THOUSAND percent treat indians like shit. my colleague (we are deportation defense attorneys) had an indian client out of tacoma and i PROMISE he was treated horribly. i swear on my life that he was treated just as badly as my Guatemalan and Mexican detained clients. kept in the same absolutely miserable horrible conditions of medical neglect and denial of language access and inedible food etc etc etc.
