Someone I know in the NHS who’s high up is American. People majorly mess up all the time and they find it so strange because back home, where they live, they all would have been replaced immediately. Apparently it’s not too uncommon to fire an entire team straight away. Absolute madness to us Brits. Doesn’t happen
