I am SO distraught that Ncuti is gone. I had been thinking during the episode that it would be neat if the Doctor regenerated and no one was expecting it, and then it happened, and I want to take that thought back so badly now. 😭
Really living that Billie is back, though!! I hope she does end up being the 16th Doctor, even though they didn't credit her as such. She'd be so fun!
