because, they were more wilful about the wrecking.... its my view (you may differ) that new Labour for all its faults wanted to 'save' the NHS, whereas the Tories most certainly did not. But I also agree, in the long run its a problems made worse in different ways by both parties.... so perhaps we can meet in the middle?
