So, there are a couple of ways this would be addressed in an anarchist system, and there are solutions that we haven't even come up with yet.
1.) if we lived in an anarchist society, you might post about your experiences online, and, because our livelihoods are not dependent on working a job (as opposed to working for the benefit and continuity of the community), we could literally just travel to you, help you pack and move to whenever you wanted to go. Anarchism means the freedom to walk away without life-threatening consequences. (This option makes most sense to me, but I am only one brain)
2.) if you didn't want to move, we could still come to you and mediate between you and the neighbors (figure out what crawled up their butt to cause them to be so vicious to you), and try to work out something with them to help them stop. Find people in your community who are kind but afraid and embolden them to stand up to these tormentors.
Again, I am only one brain, we would have more solutions with more brains working on the problem.
