I have no explanation for how frequently kagi gets mentioned as an ethical, anti-AI choice on here when it’s very visibly an unethical part of the AI industry
like, I get the excitement around paying for search cause every search engine right now is awful, but maybe that money shouldn’t go to a company whose ethics and goals are indistinguishable from google and whose only distinguishing quality is their smaller size? maybe????
