She's probably a neo-colonial racist, but realpolitik means that nuclear proliferation is bad (even in an unfair system where neocolonial racists already have nukes and abuse that privilege - but at least they're not using them).
And yes North Korea not being invaded while Irak was probably has something to do with only one having nukes, and no it's not clear that Iran would use nukes if they have them anymore than "famously rational" NK does.
