This goon is siphoning money every time he does this. He wins first because his thugs can play the market knowing it will react to what he says, even if it's all lies. Then, if the target leaves, he wins again when he appoints a thug to replace that person.

I wish people had watched The Untouchables TV series. He is acting exactly like a TV gangster in that series, but it's so old now, only old guys like him and me know that's what he's doing. He's a mobster, but a cartoon cutout of one, as written by Hollywood.
