just like roads already exist, public works, transportation and all other infrastructure already exist, many of it being handled by private interests already. Its not like things are going to suddenly disappear if we remove the state. There is not a single service that is SOLELY provided by government currently that is even necessary for society to function. And keep in mind, the entire western expansion of America was done with little to zero government involvement.
