mostly had to use it in uni back whrn .net 7 was fresh (I think it was like 2 weeks old or something). Some Android stuff (if nightmares had nightmares, they'd be dotnet on Android), some Windows stuff with winforms and maui, some Linux stuff that connected to an MSSQL server, and also some random small things that were just me fucking about (mostly on Linux)
The tooling for dotnet was dogshit, the projects are 40% boilerplate, for Android it wants you dead for not using an IDE like Visual Studio or JetBrains Rider
