when I joined Mastodon, the main instance was overloaded, didn't accept new registrations, so I joined Mstdn.social, which is also among the top 5 biggest instances afaik, but then Meta came with their Threads crap to EEE the Fediverse, and most big instances, including Mstdn.social wanted to "give Meta a chance", which is total bs in my opinion, everyone knows they aren't here for a good will, it goes exactly against what I stand for, so I searched for instances which block Threads, and ended up here on Linux.Pizza
