Also, the last time I checked there are about 1.5x as many registered Dems as there are registered Reps in this country. In a two-party system, we should call this an "undefeatable advantage." Americans as we actually exist are reasonably progressive on most issues. Over 65% of us favor legal weed, universal healthcare, and burning at least some police precincts. Literally the only reason Dems ever lose any elections is voter suppression and a news media controlled by capitalists, don't @ me.
