..and there are a lot of excellent points made in the commission report; for example, an expedited process to raise up streets as sea levels rise, which sometimes trigger City Map changes. However, one thing that jumped out at me is the fact that this would somehow *increase* the number of projects subject to public review (see last image, which is on page 64 of the commission report). I think what that's saying is it will shine more sunlight on existing projects that quietly go through ULURP?
