Interesting - a friend warned me about all my snow shovelling (heart attacks are common), so I looked; I'm firmly in the top 20% of zone 1 pretty much the whole time, so it's not something I'm too concerned about, so it's probably the opposite; 2-3 minutes of shovelling = 1 minute of running.
