No probs.
1) Yes - they give me the choice of refund or credit on account. Since my mobility doesn't allow, I use IC for every shop. I just have them credit.
2) Sometimes on the pics but not always.
3) Years ago I had some knock down all out phone brawls with them but mostly these days it's all good. Not sure if it has to do with the long time user thing or they just bought a clue.
