no, that's false. Non-PHP apps can be distributed in .zip files with the app, just like the current app includes both PHP and Javascript files.
And it needs to be distributed in such a way it can use the host's OS libraries if the user desires, not forcing the admin to use containers with libraries less-well-maintained than the host OS.
Do you have any reason why the high-performance backend should not be part of the app itself that is factually true, or are all your objections wrong?
