if you were actually suspended by bsky and were only running your own PDS, your account would simply no longer function at all, even on your own PDS, because essentially your DID would be blocked from publishing to the protocol firehose
the ATproto "solution" to this is for you to run your own relays + appviews (in addition to PDS) which may or may not replicate to the bsky firehose
