Well, generally yes, but saying something like QG62 is utterly meaningless to 99 999% of users. If you're going to include it, it should be useful and accessible to everyone. I use a general geographic region that is immediately understood. If you're in a small country, maybe just using the country is suitable. Point is, it should readily understood without compromising your actual location.
