Lol, I ordered something for work with delivery by #fedex, and there was some computer error(?) and the parcel was never delivered with tracking showing only a cryptic error message. As it turns out, they decided they don't need customer support anymore, and when you call, you get a computer that isn't able to help outside its very limited script, and just hangs up.
I suppose I'll never use them again if this issue doesn't resolve itself? How can you fuck up so bad as company leadership.
