Attempting to Marcus Aurelius some sad feelings
I find it a bit sad my friends and family aren't interested or roll their eyes at my work on bitcoin and nostr when it's something I believe in so deeply and so passionate about
Trying my best to be understanding, maybe that's how I view crypto people, although I wouldn't roll my eyes at someone I love. Maybe it's how I respond to their passion for the sportsball team and they are reflecting it back to me.
Maybe some there is a mixed feeling of resentment because of financial success with bitcoin, and so they want it to crash to fix their mistake of not listening, maybe they think it's unfair, maybe I am a lottery winner saying I told you so
Maybe people's work is so boring that it's just normal to not take an interest in people's work.
Not being interested in my work doesn't mean they aren't interested in me, maybe my identity is too wrapped up in my work, and so I'm taking it too personally
