I was just searching for reasons, why measles mortality droped before vaccines were introduced.

Here it comes clear, that treatments improved. But also the extreme infection rate of 12-18 people per infected person. So it also becomes kind of obvious, that a vaccine, which prevents infection in the first place is needed to reduce damage. I mean only because someone can be treated to survive does not mean that they are better off, than with the vaccine.
And I talk about conspiracy theories, when talking with you, since whatever topic I look up for evidence, one can find tons of results that mention like one source to support your point and many sources, that proof those prophets wrong.
In this case the same. https://x.com/stopvaccinating/status/1730072649949438083 :
This post is mentioned for the theory you defend here. And it is so obvious, that this Larry does simply write content for those who want to belief it and disregards critical questions and thoughts.
And you do just like other conspiracy theorist disqualify sources without proofing them wrong. So you attack the messenger instead of the message.
