Are you handy yourself? I'm from an IT-background but also been DIY my entire life. I love learning new skills and getting my hands dirty, you could get some concrete repair mix and do some of these repairs yourself, then smack on some paint. If the cracks are not too bad, I doubt it will have much effect on the integrity of the building (don't trust me, I'm no engineer on this).
It appears the house is getting cracks all the time? So just having some of that mix available to repair as they arrive, and having a polished finish inside the house does good for the mind and soul.
