I updated firmware, cleared all the fans of debris, and replaced the thermal paste with some MX7. The difference in paste has unlocked a MAJOR overclocking increase. Temps are so low I'm pushing higher and higher.
TL;DR GO CHANGE YOUR THERMAL PASTE.
