So it is not evaluating intellectual property as bad. It is simply stating, that it does not exist within the realm of property at all.

This is rather an observation than an evaluation, for what it might is good or bad.

Therefore you argue about if IP is good or bad, while Max and I say it is an illusion.

Similar to you arguing, if gravitation is a net positive or a net negative, while I say that it exists and we can not simply change this on this world. No matter what the result of the evaluation comes to.
