FWIW I'm not seeing any CSAM in any of this. I guess if you're literally browsing the Momostr relay firehouse you might see something, but I don't see any reason why any new user would be doing that... (One of the reasons why I think "relay browsing" is not a good way to do Nostr)...
My content discovery is I follow people, who boost other people, and sometimes follow them... or I find people through hashtags. It's well understood that nobody should be browing any "global" feed on Nostr without some kind of WoT threshold.
