Nearly every major Bitcoin influencer mocked Zcash when its developers proactively used frontier AI models to audit their code, protect user funds, and disclose vulnerabilities transparently.

They spent months attacking/arguing BIP110 and weeks ridiculing Zcash for taking AI-driven security seriously.

Then the reported Coldcard exploit hit—roughly $120 million lost and counting . . .

Suddenly, the ego is disappeared.

Instead Bitcoin developers only just NOW launched their own frontier-model security operation and uncovered thousands of vulnerabilities across the ecosystem, including dozens of critical flaws.

Zcash was mocked for being responsible and early. ZCash’s immediate, transparent and responsible handling of a vulnerability was not commended by Bitcoin Devs - they ridiculed them!

Bitcoin adopted the same approach AFTER a catastrophic loss of user’s funds and knock to their ego.

Absolutely mind-boggling.
