So far, Anycubic are not impressing me at all. I placed my order almost a week ago, and I don't even have a _tracking number_ yet. Oh, and the question I asked them about step size? I just got ghosted by their support staff, as tends to happen when I ask questions.
Found the answer out myself later anyway (10 microns), but I'm _definitely_ not liking this experience so far.
