again, is there any evidence of large scale vote by mail fraud fraud? Because disenfranchising people in nursing homes and others who rely on vote by mail is a very real cost of such restrictions.

I’m personally focused on identifying and fixing known problems (of which there are enough to go around), especially those where doing so doesn’t involve tradeoffs that might degrade other important election requirements, such as accessibility.
