There’s serious pressure on executives to implement AI software driven by a genuine belief that AI tools can increase customer engagement and lower costs, and also by plain old fear of missing out. The risk decisions made by executives must be based on a cross-functional risk management approach that enables them to consider all aspects of the business holistically.
