In case you thought things couldn't get worse in OfWat's 'regulation' of Thames Water... OfWat is proposing to give TW a period of four years where they would be immune from fines, in return for 'undertakings' related to service & investment....
As this is going out to public consultation, it will no doubt get a pretty hostile response, but as OfWat is so 'captured' its also likely they will discount such responses & continue to give TW the benefit of the doubt.
Disgraceful!
