So, back on Monday, we had a telecon with the Iowa Economic Development & Finance Authority, discussing the possibilities of a growing aerospace business relocating there.
It went really well. Numerous incentives to do so, including heavily discounted land at the airport of our choosing, major tax breaks and so on. We have already been contacted by four airport managers and more than ten civic leaders.
We see a lot of heavily White areas; Knoxville for example is nearly 95% White. A good thing.
While the business cost numbers, cost of living and racial stats looking to heavily favor this, there seems to be a decent amount of recreational activities to be had.
I've never been to Iowa sans for overnighting in Des Moines some years ago. I saw lots of niggers there, so Des Moines is likely out.
We haven't pulled the trigger on any of it, obviously, but I am curious if any of you all call the state home. I'd like to learn more.
