North America especially is making every wrong move with tech and managing resources for sustainability. I’m glad we (Canada) are finally getting Chinese EVs, & I hope we shift from lithium to sodium ion batteries as China is doing, as that seems both wiser, more sustainable, less mining, cheaper…all around better. China is making sustainable decisions to maintain itself as a superpower. They banned crypto too. They made AI far less energy intensive. They are smarter strategically.
