excited you are doing this! Based on the open source programs I have tried, the vector ones feel the clunkiest. I consider blender to be open source art software at its best. I’ve experimented with making vector art with it, even though that’s NOT what it was made for-I think their grab, scale, rotate shortcuts are SO elegant-I’d love to be able to use them while making 2d art
