Hiking Mt Adams part 5. I'm hiking the trail that leads to High Camp, a climber's base camp for those ascending the mountain the hard way, up the Adams glacier. On the way, it crosses the Pacific Crest Trail that runs in a North and South direction along the Western flank of the mountain. To the left is Canada (400 miles or so) and to the right is Mexico (2000 miles give or take).
